Erika is an associate patient coordinator here at NewGen Marketing who focuses on educating patients and their families on the care plan provided by the healthcare provider she works with. She helps detail treatments, procedures, medications, and continuing care questions and information. 

She graduated University of South Carolina Aiken in 2023. She has a Bachelor’s degree in biology and has always had an interest in science.

What Keeps Her Going

Erika loves the beach, reading, weightlifting, and running. She enjoys working with people at NewGen along with the role and responsibilities her job comes with. She believes in showing kindness and empathy daily which is why she loves working so much with patients and other staff members to ensure patients are taken care of.
