Sydney Foote is NewGen’s CRM Solutions Architect responsible for the discovery, planning, and implementation of Salesforce customer relationship management for NewGen and its clients. 

She was educated with a Bachelor’s degree in human environmental science with a concentration on special events planning from the University of Alabama.

Previously, she was the CRM architect as a consultant and has 5+ years of experience in the spine and orthopedics world as the Manager of a team of Physician Liaisons.

What Keeps Her Going

In 2021 Sydney and her husband gave birth to their first baby boy and he has brought such joy and meaning to their lives! They love walking to the park and spending time outside. Sydney is a fitness enthusiast (mostly because she has a passion for really good food). Sydney and her husband have two doggies who think they’re humans- and most days, she agrees.
