Chad is a reputable Patient Experience Coordinator for NewGen marketing. He is responsible for speaking with potential patients, discussing their symptoms, and educating them on what treatment options are available. He is the point of contact for the patient experience team fielding their questions and providing solutions to them as well as ensuring that they are utilizing the software applications required to perform their job effectively. He is also responsible for the customizing of  Salesforce to ensure that it supports the Patient Experience team and clinic operations providing a smooth and efficient patient flow from introduction, discovery, scheduling, and follow-up.

Chad received his formal education in business administration from the University of Florida. He has an M.B.A. in healthcare management, and 16 years of healthcare industry experience, including sales, marketing, training, operations, and leadership.

He was drawn to NewGen’s integrity and philosophy of real-time patient support, five-star quality patient care, and patient-facing outcomes.

While working with NewGen, Chad gained a wealth of experience in relevant fields and now uses this knowledge to support his current role. Previously he worked in the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices sales, and as an escalation manager for an orthopedic spine surgical group.

 

What Keeps Him Going

In his spare time, he enjoys home renovation projects, watching football (college football that is), and riding his mountain bike. Chad is married with two daughters.
