Learn about Gary

Gary Mancini is co-founder and COO of NewGen Marketing. He built his career around ensuring that clients under his care receive quality customer service to meet revenue, operational, and sales growth targets. His areas of expertise include finding strategic solutions to oversee all sales and operations-related activities including performance analysis,  strategic planning, hiring and retention, and cross-functional collaboration between departments. His natural ability to increase operational efficiency and while creating motivated teams will help create brand loyal customers for its clients and NewGen Marketing. 

Gary completed his education at Florida State University, where he graduated with marketing and finance degrees. 

Previously, Gary served as the Vice President of Spine Care Sales and Services at Laser Spine Institute, and then as the Vice President of Patient Relations at Lung Health Institute. Additionally, he served on H-CYTE, INC. ‘s executive team as Chief Relationship Officer.

What Keeps Him Going

Gary and his wife’s growing family keeps him on his toes and always busy.  He enjoys watching and participating in any activity that his young daughter and son are involved in. 

He is currently a member of St. James Church, Leadership Tampa Bay, helps with local charities such as Toys-for-Tots, Metropolitan Ministries, Feeding Tampa Bay and served as the Vice-Chairman of the Southwest Florida Charter School Board.

His passion for Florida State Football can be a strength or a weakness depending on how well the season is going!
